According to the docs these are not unique copies in each restore point, only one copy of each file is kept. I tried about 3 different backup softwares. Second copy has a free trial, if you want to compare. Considering Synology isn't in the business of making backup software I expected the typical bundled software half-effort so a feature check box could be ticked.
